Cheeky by name, Cheeky by Nature

 

Ingredients: 

  • 50ml Cheeky Ginny

  • Fevertree/Luscombe mediterranean tonic water

  • Rosemary sprig + Mint + Lime wedge

 

Method:

Fill your glass with Ice then add 50ml of Cheeky Ginny or slightly more if you’re feeling cheeky… 

Fill with Tonic to the top and garnish with a Rosemary sprig, Mint sprig and a lime wedge. Enjoy Ice cold and with a view!

A Cheeky Martini

The name's Bond ....

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Barspoon Dry Vermouth

  • 60ml Cheeky Ginny

  • Lemon twist/Olives

 

Method:

Despite the demands of a certain English Spy, you don’t want to shake the hell out of your mixture. First add ice to a mixing glass then add the Cheeky Ginny followed by the vermouth. For a slight twist add a dash of Angostura bitters. Stir the mixture well until very cold and then Julep strain (if you have one) into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olives.

Ingredients:

  • 37.5ml Cheeky Ginny

  • 12.5ml Maraschino

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 12.5ml sugar syrup

 

Method:

Fill your shaker with Ice, then add the Cheeky Ginny, Maraschino, fresh lemon juice and the sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds then fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.

Ingredients:

  • 12.5ml Crème de Cassis

  • Motley Cru Classic Cuvée

  • Raspberry

 

Method:

In a Champagne flute, first add the Crème de Cassis and then top with Motley Cru Classic Cuvée and stir gently. Garnish with a raspberry. Perfect on a summer’s day.

Ingredients: 

  • 12oml Hardcore sparkling cider

  • 60ml Kenton Park Estate XII Single Malt

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 12.5ml sugar syrup

  • Lemon wedge + Lavender sprig

 

Method:

Fill your shaker with with Ice and add the Cider, Scotch, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds. Fill a glass with Ice and then fine strain your mixture into the glass, garnish with a lemon wedge and a lavender sprig.

  • Kenton Park Estate XII Single Malt

  • Amaretto 

  • Orange twist

 

Method:

Fill your rock’s glass with Ice then add the Scotch followed by the Amaretto. Garnish with an orange twist.

Gin Maple Sour

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2oz Smokin Ginny

  • 1oz Grand Marnier (or other Orange Liquer

  • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Egg White

  • 3/4oz Maple Syrup (or to taste)

 

Method:

First dray shake and then shake over ice and serve. Garnish with Orange peel and a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters. Enjoy!

A Cheeky basil smash

On the Rocks

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Cheeky Ginny

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 12.5ml sugar syrup

  • 8-12 leaves Basil

 

Method:

In your shaker, add Ice, then pour in the Cheeky Ginny, Fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Take the basil leaves in your hands and slap together to release the aromas before adding to the shaker. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds. Take a small ‘Rocks’ glass and add ice. Fine strain the cocktail into your glass and garnish with a basil leaf.

Ingredients:

  • 37.5ml Cheeky Ginny

  • 12.5ml Cointreau

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 12.5 ml Sugar syrup

 

Method: 

Fill your shaker with Ice, then add the Cheeky Ginny, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds then fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.

A Classic Champagne

Ingredients:

  • Angostura bitters

  • Demera sugar cube (brown sugar)

  • Cognac

  • Motley Cru Classic Cuvée

  • Orange zest

 

Method:

In a champagne flute, place your sugar cube and soak it with a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters. Then add 25ml of your chosen Cognac. Finally top with Motley Cru Classic Cuvée and garnish with orange zest.

  • 37.5ml Kenton Park Estate XII Single Malt

  • 12.5ml Cointreau

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • 12.5ml Sugar syrup

  • Lemonade

 

Method: 

Fill your shaker with Ice and add the Scotch, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds. Fill a glass with Ice and strain the mixture into the glass. Top with lemonade and garnish with a lemon wedge.

  • 30ml Amarula  

  • 15ml Almond liqueur 

  • 15ml Citrus Vodka

  • Ground Cinnamon + Cinnamon stick

 

Method:

Fill your shaker with Ice, then add the Amarula, Almond Liqueur, Citrus vodka and ground cinnamon. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds then fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

  • Soda water

  • Lemon Wedge 

 

Method:

Fill your shaker with Ice then add the Cheeky Ginny, Fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for at least 10 seconds. Fill your glass with Ice, then strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.

  • 25ml Cheeky Ginny

  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

  • Dash Sugar syrup

  • Motley Cru Classic Cuvée

 

Method:

Fill your shaker with Ice and add the Cheeky Ginny, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds and then fine strain into your champagne flute. Top with Motley Cru Classic Cuvée and garnish with lemon zest.

Ingredients:

  • 37.5ml Vodka

  • 25ml Kahlua

  • 1 shot of TrailBlaze Coffee

  • 5ml Sugar syrup

 

Method:

Fill your shaker with Ice, add the Vodka, Kahlua, Espresso and sugar syrup and shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee beans. Best served ice cold for a Sunday morning breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Hardcore Sparkling Cider

  • 60ml Dark/spiced rum

  • 1 freshly squeezed lime

  • Ginger beer

  • Lime wedge

 

Method:

Fill a glass with Ice and combine the Cider followed by the Dark rum and fresh lime juice then top with Ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

  • 25ml Kenton Park Estate XII Single Malt Scotch Whisky

  • 25ml Drambuie

 

Method:

Fill your rock’s glass with Ice and then pour in the Scotch followed by the Drambuie, simple as that.
