Ingredients:

3/4 oz Overproof rum

Dash of cinnamon
-
3/4 oz Cointreau
-
3/4 oz Gold rum
-
3/4 oz Lime juice
-
1/2 oz Sugar syrup
-
Soda water
Method:
In a rocks glass add the overproof rum and set alight, dash some cinnamon for sparks. Then proceed to add all the remaining ingredients. Top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 White Rum

3/4 oz Licor 43

1 oz Fresh Lemon juice

1/2 oz Sugar syrup
Method:
Fill your shaker with Ice and add all ingredients. Shake thoroughly and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.

Ingredients:

2 oz Rum Chata
-
1 oz Amaretto
-
1/2 oz Kahlua
-
1/2 oz vodka
-
1 scoop of Rum and Raisin Ice cream
-
Agave Nectar
Method:
Add all the ingredients except the Agave Nectar to a blender with a scoop of ice and blend. Coat the inside of your glass with Agave nectar and pour in your drink. Top with whipped cream and toasted marshmallows with a dusting of cinnamon.

Spiced Pear Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 oz Jamaican Rum
-
3/4 oz Apple and pear spiced liquor
-
1/2 oz Lime Juice
-
2 dashes of angostura bitters
-
Absinthe Spray
Method:
Fill your shaker with Ice, add all the ingredients except the absinthe and shake thoroughly then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and garnish by lighting an absinthe spray over the drink.
