Each day we aim to bring you fresh and delicious food straight from the vineyard kitchen. 

The Breakfast Club:

Morning Pastries - £3.50

A Basket of Breakfast Pastries - £13.95

 

The Breakfast Platter - £15.95 per head

Bacon and Avocado bagel OR Smoked Salmon and Avocado Bagel served with fried eggs, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes on the vine. 

 

Breakfast Bagels - £12.95

Bacon and Avocado Bagels OR Smoked Salmon and Avocado Bagels.

 

Mushrooms on Toasted Sourdough - £12.95

Caramelised wild mushrooms with fresh herbs served on toasted sourdough. 

Lunch: 

Chef’s Special - Dish of the Day

Zesty Prawn Tostadas - £18.95

A soft Tortilla toasted and topped with Mexican spiced giant Tiger Prawns. (Perfect with a really chilled glass of our Pigéage Rosé.)

Wild Mushroom Tostadas - £14.95

A soft Tortilla toasted and topped with a selection of caramelised wild mushrooms. (Try this one with our Grape Escape White Wine)

Brochette of Scallops & Monkfish - £22.95

A Brochette of freshly caught Monkfish & Scallops with Verdi vegetables cooked in a mint butter, bacon and cheddar crumb with citrus sauce.

(Perfect with a sparkling rosé - The Motley Cru “Cheeky Fizz” Charmat Rosé)

Chateuabriande - £48.00 per person including a bottle of red wine.

Please pre order to avoid disappointment. This dish is for 2 people. It’s the jewel amongst prime cuts of beef!

Freshly Caught Mussels & Salty Fries - £19.95

“Moules Marinière” (steamed in white wine, garlic, shallots and fresh herbs.)

The Motley Cru Steak Baguette- £15.95

Succulent strips of Sirloin Steak with fried onion and king oyster mushrooms. 

Lamb Extraveganza - £29.95

Lamb from Lundy Island just off the coast of North Devon. 

Rack of Venison - £28.00

One of our signature dishes this season. Jam packed with bold flavour from the juicy venison steak.

A whole slow roasted Chicken - £19.95 or Half Chicken - £13.95

Succulent, juicy, slow roasted chicken served with salty rosemary fries, drizzled with a nettle and ginger dressing and served with a garlic aioli dip. 

The Motley Cru Deli Feast Sharing Platters - £19.95 per head

Our famous giant Deli Feast platters of amazing local deli produce, served with a fabulous selection of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, breads, biscuits and pastries. 

Italian AntiPasti Platter - £16.95 per head 

Italian style antipasti including our arrancini balls, mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, salami Milano with toasted focaccia. 

Seafood Platter served on a bed of Ice - £30.00 per head

A fabulous platter of seafood (always a surprise as to what our local fishermen will deliver in the morning) served on a bed of crushed ice with olives, lemon, fresh herbs and artisan breads. 

Fruit Extravaganza Platter - £19.95 per head

Watermelon, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Grapes, Pomegranate, fresh figs, flat peaches served in half a pineapple.

Baked Camembert - £13.50

Freshly Baked Camembert drizzled with our honey and fresh rosemary and served with grilled crusty baguette.

Caprese Tower - £13.95 

Our version of the tomato and mozzarella salad with avocado, drizzled with balsamic and salsa verde. 

Burrata Cheese, Fresh Figs & Prosciutto - £14.95

Served with fresh peaches, figs and drizzled with balsamic and a basket of artisan breads. 

Pan-fried Duck & Orange Salad - £18.95 (not always available)

Pan-fried duck with zesty orange, kale and cashew nuts. 

Sides:

Salty Fries - £4.95

Basket of Rosemary & Lemon Salty Fries, regular salty fries OR Truffle and Parmesan Fries

Green Vegetables - £5.50

Served with a fresh mint dressing.

Bowl of Mixed Salad Leaves - £3.95

Served with Rocket and shavings of Parmesan.

Roasted Baby Potatoes - £3.95

Drizzled in Olive Oil, fresh herbs and sea salt.

Basket of Breads - £5.50

Home baked bread & baguette with butter.

Olives - £5.95

Served with a basket of bread, olive oil and balsamic dip. 

Desserts: (All £9.95)

The Grapevine

A completely edible grapevine served in it’s own edible chocolate pot filled with a chocolate champagne mousse and edible chocolate soil.

Dark & Stormy chocolate brownie 

Served with fruit compote & vanilla ice cream.

Bread & Butter Pudding

Panettone bread & butter pudding infused with our own whisky, served with hot salted caramel sauce & vanilla ice cream. 

The Motley Cru Not so Messy Eton Mess

Chunks of meringue, marinated fresh strawberries & cream.

Chocolate Truffles

A selection of homemade chocolate truffles served with fresh fruit.

Affogato

A typical Italian dessert, vanilla ice cream with hot coffee.

Cafe Gourmand 

A typical French dessert - a selection of 3-4 petite fours served with a shot of espresso.

Cheese Board - £14.95

A selection of our Artisan cheeses, biscuits fruits and nuts.
