    Cheeky by name, Cheeky by Nature

     

    Ingredients: 

    • 50ml Cheeky Ginny

    • Fevertree/Luscombe mediterranean tonic water

    • Rosemary sprig + Mint + Lime wedge

     

    Method:

    Fill your glass with Ice then add 50ml of Cheeky Ginny or slightly more if you’re feeling cheeky… 

    Fill with Tonic to the top and garnish with a Rosemary sprig, Mint sprig and a lime wedge. Enjoy Ice cold and with a view!

    Gin Maple Sour

     

    Ingredients: 

    • 2oz Smokin Ginny

    • 1oz Grand Marnier (or other Orange Liquer

    • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • Egg White

    • 3/4oz Maple Syrup (or to taste)

     

    Method:

    First dray shake and then shake over ice and serve. Garnish with Orange peel and a couple of dashes of Angostura Bitters. Enjoy!

    Ingredients: 

    • Ingredients:

    • 50ml Cheeky Ginny

    • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

    • 12.5ml Sugar syrup

    • Soda water

    • Lemon Wedge 

     

    Method:

    Fill your shaker with Ice then add the Cheeky Ginny, Fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for at least 10 seconds. Fill your glass with Ice, then strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.

    A Cheeky Martini

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Barspoon Dry Vermouth

    • 60ml Cheeky Ginny

    • Lemon twist/Olives

     

    Method:

    Despite the demands of a certain English Spy, you don’t want to shake the hell out of your mixture. First add ice to a mixing glass then add the Cheeky Ginny followed by the vermouth. For a slight twist add a dash of Angostura bitters. Stir the mixture well until very cold and then Julep strain (if you have one) into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olives.

    Ingredients:

    • 50ml Cheeky Ginny

    • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

    • 12.5ml sugar syrup

    • 8-12 leaves Basil

     

    Method:

    In your shaker, add Ice, then pour in the Cheeky Ginny, Fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Take the basil leaves in your hands and slap together to release the aromas before adding to the shaker. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds. Take a small ‘Rocks’ glass and add ice. Fine strain the cocktail into your glass and garnish with a basil leaf.

    A Classic with an English Twist

    Ingredients: 

    • 25ml Cheeky Ginny

    • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

    • Dash Sugar syrup

    • Motley Cru Classic Cuvée

     

    Method:

    Fill your shaker with Ice and add the Cheeky Ginny, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds and then fine strain into your champagne flute. Top with Motley Cru Classic Cuvée and garnish with lemon zest.

    • 37.5ml Cheeky Ginny

    • 12.5ml Maraschino

    • 1 freshly squeezed lemon

    • 12.5ml sugar syrup

     

    Method:

    Fill your shaker with Ice, then add the Cheeky Ginny, Maraschino, fresh lemon juice and the sugar syrup. Shake thoroughly for 10-12 seconds then fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.
