If you’re a coffee drinker and you fancy learning how to master the espresso machine and make the perfect,  beautiful looking coffee, we’ll take you through: 

Getting your hands on the machinery and how it works,

Pulling the perfect espresso,

Different drinks for different folks,

The skill of beautiful silky smooth steamed milk,

Finishing the coffee with a nice bit of art.

Of course the experience will be filled with thrills and spills and a lot of fun ending in a latte art slamdown with a prize

At the end of the course we will all sit down together for a celebratory breakfast. 

From coffee to wine! After breakfast we'll take you out around the vineyard on our wine and cheese experience. Here we explore the vineyard, you'll hear all the stories of the Motley Cru and how the vineyard came about in a most unorthodox fashion. We'll visit all the plantations and taste at least 4 of our wines with some incredible views. As well as this we'll try our artisan sparkling cider in the orchard. You’ll also be treated to our famous deli feast platters for lunch.
