As you may or may not know, we grow Pinot Noir Grapes here which we use to make our hugely popular Sparkling Wine The Motley Cru “Cheeky Fizz” Sparkling Rosé and what you might not know is that Pinot Noir has a magic ingredient that truly boosts the appearance of your Skin! We can now share this new incredible Face Oil with you made from the sap of Pinot Noir Vines. We’ve been using this Face Serum throughout 2024 and can absolutely verify the impact on our Skin. We spend so much time outdoors in all weathers working in the Vineyard and in the Grounds of the Estate, so it’s essential to treat our Skin.
The Motley Cru Team are busy pruning all 15,000 of our Vines from early December to late March and in the Spring, all Grapevines produce a “sap” to repair themselves (it’s actually called “Vine Tears”) to heal where they have been cut during pruning. This amazing sap is collected in small glass bottles attached under the Vine because it contains an incredible ingredient for Face Oil.
Vine Sap isn't a unique discovery! Grape Farmers in France have used Grapevine sap on their Face to brighten their complexion and also on their hands to reduce dark spots and we bet you didn’t know that Vine Sap extract has 62 times the potency of Vitamin C and we all need more of that!
This magic ingredient in the Vine Sap is “Viniferin” (a derivative of Resveratrol) and it has so many benefits for your Skin. We won’t get geeky here or go into depth on the science. All we will say is that this Face Oil is truly fantastic and really makes your skin glow and smells divine. It really is from ‘Vineyard to Skin’ or as we like to joke it’s from “Farm to Face”. DESCRIPTION
‘The tears of the vine’ Vine Sap extract helps to quickly repair and firm the skin in conjunction with expertly blended with natural skin brightening botanicals.
Lightly scented with Jasmine, cut flower stems and Tomato Vine.
Directions: Massage a few drops between fingers before stretching over the face, working from the middle out in firm motions to stimulate blood flow. Apply morning and night as required.
