We have two favourite Wines from our friends at Babylonstoren in South Africa, Babel and also their Cabernet Sauvignon. Babylonstoren is so much more than a Vineyard, it's a way of Life. It's a beautiful Farm, a Wine Estate, a Gardener's paradise - it's like no other, it's a Health Spa and destination extraordinaire. It's hard to put it into words.

Their Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex, full-bodied Red Wine. Grapes are picked from eight different Vineyard blocks. It's aged in a combination of new and old Oak barrels for 18 months before being bottled and then left to mature for three months prior to release. We love it here!
