Think about when most of us enjoy our coffee, first thing in the morning, with breakfast or after a meal. We’re going to challenge that perception and showcase how coffee can be so much more integrated into a course as opposed to just the beginning or the end. We want to highlight the many different styles and expressions of coffee as well. This will truly open your eyes to just how versatile and exciting it can be!
Omakase
Enter coffee omakase: a curated, multi-course tasting experience in which our baristas take the lead, guiding guests through a curated sequence of coffees designed to highlight origin, processing, and flavor. Borrowed from the Japanese dining tradition of omakase (the word literally meaning “I’ll leave it up to you”), this approach shifts coffee from a quick transaction to something more intentional and immersive.
